Warranty Coverage
Complimentary 3-Year Parts Warranty
All TriLumen Systems installations come standard with the following minimum coverage:
- Parts Coverage: Full replacement coverage for all LED nodes, aluminum channel, and power supplies for 3 years, provided by the manufacturer.
- Labor Coverage: 90 days coverage against defects in installation workmanship.
- Note: Service calls for parts failure after 90 days are billable unless the TriLumen Assurance Plan is purchased.
The TriLumen Assurance Plan (5-Year Total)
Extend your peace of mind and minimize service costs with our comprehensive premium plan.
- In-House Guarantee: Direct coverage from TriLumen Systems—no third parties, no technicalities.
- Zero Out-of-Pocket: All labor and part replacement costs are covered for the full 5 years. You will never pay a service fee for a covered component. Ever.
- Extended Duration: Extends full coverage for all hardware and labor for a total of 5 years from installation date.
