Pricing, process, and how engagements actually work.
The assessment is a flat fee of $2,200. It covers a full review of your current systems and workflows, and ends with a written set of prioritized recommendations. If you move forward with a project afterward, that fee is credited toward the total cost — so it's never money spent twice.
You keep the findings either way. The assessment is a real, standalone deliverable — a written report you can act on yourself or hand to someone else, even if you decide not to move forward with us.
Every project gets a fixed-scope proposal — a clear price and timeline before any work begins. We don't bill hourly with an open-ended scope; you know the number upfront, and it doesn't move unless the scope does.
No — we're based in NEPA and work with local businesses directly, but a large part of this work (BI, automation, Copilot deployments, system migrations) can be done just as effectively remotely. We work with clients anywhere in the U.S.
It depends entirely on scope. A single dashboard build might take a couple of weeks; a full ERP or cloud migration with change management can run several months. Your proposal will always include a specific timeline before you commit to anything.
No — our systems experience spans retail, manufacturing, and government work, and the core problems (manual reporting, disconnected systems, low adoption) look the same across most industries. If your situation has specific regulatory or technical requirements, we'll flag that honestly during the free strategy call.
Most technical vendors stop once a system is installed. We build change management and training into every engagement, because a system nobody uses isn't actually a finished project. That's the difference we lead with.
Yes — every project includes an adoption and support period after launch. Extended ongoing support beyond that is available and gets scoped as part of your proposal if you want it.
